Can't
sleep, on this foggy night, its like the Orson Welles film “The
third man”. I have the sniffles and a bit of a chill but my first
coffee is taking care of that.
Meeting
Ed McCaan today at 10:00 hrs., at Milano's. The Jackster will be in
attendance, not transcendence like my spell checker wants, ha ha.
An
old comrade from my PPCLI days, John (clu) Crawford has passed away
at 87, he served in Korea with the 1st battalion and did
peacekeeping gigs in the third and second battalions and left the
service in 77 after 30 years of service with the rank MWO a good
family man with a wonderful sense of humour.
He was my platoon SGT. when I was a lowly L/CPL in 8 Platoon C company in Germany 55-57 and Victoria in 58.

It
seems like my in boxes in my 3 e mail addresses are full of death notices since
the start of 2016 even my Face Book page is stating to look like the
obit columes in the print news papers.
Like
the old song says, the roof leaks and the chimney leans and there is
a hole in the seat of my old blue jeans, piss and moan, piss and
moan.
he record is complete
