The ache in my left arm is still with me but not so much and fell asleep at 10:00 hrs, and slept until 17::00 my whole day turned around.

The movie crew has packed up and left after keeping me awake with loud conversations and banging around loading and unloading props temping me to take the billy club that Jim Britton gave me when I lived st 1067 Granville street and was having to deal with constant break ins

To go into the street and beat the crap out of the louts having the loud conversation. Luckily I don't live 40 miles to the south and have access to firearms when I would go into the street and gun the muther fuckers down.

First siren of the evening, an ambulance, for some dip shit who has ODed.

Will watch the Limey crime shows on Knowledge and surf the sports channels, Leister City won their game in the English Premier League putting them five points up at the top of he standings.

The Whitecaps play Montreal Impact  at BC Place tomorrow afternoon the game is televised, Will try to get myself turned around and get outside to get some fresh air and some light to keep the horrors of SAD at a distance.
