A DAILY ROUTINE

05:30 hrs. awake, shit, shave, shower and shampoo, make bed.

Have breakfast, get dressed, first coffee, write blog, no more than 500 words with at least one photograph or video.

Do laundry at least once a week (late night) three loads. Phone son Ian or SKYPE at 17:00 hrs on Sundays, phone Heather during the week possibly Fridays.

Keep in touch on social media but only spend an hour a day doing it.( this will be hard because its like an addiction that is hard to control) Schedule a breakfast with Ashley the first Sunday after each payday and one breakfast for the GCS at a Chinatown breakfast Cafe.

Visit with friends 09:00 hrs., - 11:00 hrs., at Milano's or East End Roasters. See one film at Cineplex Tuesday nights with Jack or Ashley or Barrie.

Pay all outstanding bills on Pension day, get a haircut, lunch at the VAG, after buying monthly magazines and books at Chapters and the monthly trip to Costco.

Cut up packaging, sort garbage at least once a week, wash kitchen floor and bathroom floor at least once a week, vacuum and limit this to an hour each week which along with folding laundry are the choirs I hate the most.

While surfing cyberspace block as much spam especially being asked to sign petitions which invariably turn into mooches.

Keep moods on a level plane never get too low or too high. Be a good friend help when you can. 

Attend poetry meetings with one of your own poems in your pocket in case you are asked to read, keep it short no more than five minutes.

Do at least three pages in your hand written journal daily.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 2000-2300 hrs.,watch Knowledge TV channel for British Crime shows (donate to VAG, and Knowledge $60.00 dollars a year, keep membership  of Queen's Qwn Rifles Association up to date )
