TELUS SUCKS






TELUS SUCKS



I've had the misfortune to have a TELUS TV and INTERNET ACCOUNT that is very expensive and aside from being very conscious about billing me are impossible to get any service to correct problems. Right now the only thing I can get on my large screen TV is a message that says that the Optik TV box is initializing and will soon be on,, what ever that means. The text has been on the screen for two hours now.



Phone them, not easy, they of course have an automated phone system which asks you questions like a demented school teacher and give you mere seconds to dial in the answers.


I will go into one of their many sales offices and register my complaints along with the termination of my account.
