Low
grade headache and still having fits of sneezing and coughing, no
energy. My get up and go has got up and gone.
Still in my Pjs and haven’t showered or shaved managed an early coffee but couldn't finish watching Premier League and went into a REM snooze and had to check the internet for the scores.
I
see there is another deadly drug out there called W18 that will kill
you dead, dead, dead, in a New York minute.
The police have know about it for a considerable amount of time but have only now, six months after the fact, seen fit to warn the pubic about it.

I'm
in an ugly mood and have no faith in redemption of the human
condition because the only news available is always bad.
